#10 Eli Manning came ready for another big game threading the needle all night long. This picture belongs to ESPN.com
For a team that had 3 turnovers going into the 4th quarter it was amazing that the Giants were still in the game at this point.
if you think about it take those turnovers away and the Giants are winning this game easily.
#27 Brandon Jacobs had a terrible start to the game he has been horrible in the big games this season. You want to talk about his big TD reception last week fine, but there is not much else you can praise the guy for.
He needed to at least have one game where he started off with a bang and of course he didn't deliver not like I didn't expect it I have been saying it for over two years now he should not be the #1 RB.

When you come into a game like this you need a jolt from your running back he lacks the determination that all superstars have.
For a guy with all that size he doesn't break nearly as many tackles as he should.
Funny how the backup running back is like half his size and barrels through defenders with ease.
If Brandon is going to start games the way he has then why put him in? He gets stronger as the game goes on and the defense tires that is when you punish them with the bigger back.
#44 Ahmad Bradshaw is in another league with how gifted he is he has blinding speed good hands along with exceptional blocking skills.
Is there anything A. Bradshaw can't do on the football field?
By the time Ahmad started getting the ball it was pretty much too late which has been the story many times this year.
Head Coach Tom Coughlan has to realize what has gone on, and has to send a message to B. Jacobs that he has to learn how to become a clutch player.
If you have someone on the bench who is capable of doing better then why continuously sit him throughout the first quarter and a half of every game?
Brandon fumbled the ball in a big spot along with dropping a pass right in his hands which put a lot of pressure on the G-men in the first half.
Between Ahmad and Eli they were the reasons that New York was in the game they are always come up when you need it.
Almost every pass that E. Manning seemed to make was in the perfect spot but for some reason his receivers had butter fingers at a times when it really hurt the team.
The 2007 super bowl MVP completed 27 of 38 passes for 391 yards with 3 touchdowns averaging 10.4 yards per toss.
Eli has nothing to hang his head about you cannot blame him for a lot of the losses this year because in most of those games he found the end zone consistently.
In the end it seems like every time the Giants run into a good team this year their defense finds a way to give up over 40 points, there is no way you are going to be successful when that is going on.
Letting the defensive coordinator go was a big mistake as they have not been the same since.
I know most people will say this was a good game but there was no reason the Eagles shouldn't have blown the Giants out with how many opportunities they had.
Going into New York's last offensive drive of the game they took a horrible personal foul penalty which set them back even further from back in their own end zone.
Eli really had no chance at this point as the Eagles were able to just play prevent defense.
E. Manning set a career high for passing yards in a game helped the team put up 38 points, it is a shame that his season has to turn out like this.
Watching his entire career this may be one of his best seasons, and he has done it on one foot.
This will pretty much be one of the final straws to the Giants season unless a miracle strikes the National Football League.... Anything can happen in sports.
I hear so many fans bash Eli Manning but this team is not very good overall and it has shown during the past month.
If you take away Eli and Ahmad I really don't know what position this team would be in right now.
I'm just getting tired of watching Brandon Jacobs start off the game running like an old lady when is it going to hit Tom Coughlan that he is using the wrong guy out there?
The New York Giants will get ready for Monday night football next week at 8:30 pm eastern time against the Washington Redskins at FedEx field.
The G-men are 7-6 right now as a fan I am happy with what I have seen from the offense with the exception of all the dropped passes.
It looked like a lot of their players were feeling the pressure doing stupid things all game, I really don't understand football players sometimes they don't seem to care about the score as much as their individual performance.
You watch baseball when a player's team is losing by a large margin you never see them showboating after a home run or base hit there is no reason for it when you are trying to win the game.
#41 C.C. Brown was absolutely ridiculous for taking a penalty when his team is 7 points away from tying the game with less than 30 seconds left.
You figure it out for me it is like most of the NFL players have no care in the world if their team wins out there they really do make me sick.
I've always liked baseball and hockey over football and now I know why.
You would think that these guys would want to taste the glory of victory rather than promote themselves but that never seems to be the case.
You see all quarterbacks they seem to be the only ones who always take it hard when they come up short.
