Jets Defeat Undefeated Indianapolis Colts 29-15

The New York Jets were not treated fairly from the Minnesota Vikings Brett Favre who let down many fans in New York.

You have to rely on a lot of things to happen in order to see this team improve for next season.

You have a lot of experience with running back #20 Thomas Jones who rushed for for 105 yards on 23 attempts in tonight's game.

Behind him they got some explosiveness on the ground with the young 23 year old #23 Shoon Greene, on 16 carries he rushed for 95 yards averaging 5.9 yards per run.

On the side of the Indianapolis Colts you have to be disappointed to see the end of their undefeated streak, their record now stands at an amazing 14-1.

You could see the look of frustration on the face of Colts QB #18 Peyton Manning, the 2006 Super Bowl MVP was pulled early in the game which put a lot of pressure on their defense.

I am assuming that the plan was to rest Peyton for the playoffs, but still it would have been nice to see him get more playing time in the game as it was he completed 14 out of 21 passes for 192 yards averaging 9.1 yards per pass.

P. Manning is the older brother of the 2007 Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning, and comes from elite surrounds with father Archie Manning.

The Colts have been treated to an absolute superstar in this 33 year old arm that has made him the 4th QB in NFL history to reach 50,000 yards in a career.

One question for the Colts Head Coach Jim Caldwell what were you thinking?

The routine has always been to let him play so why change the plan that has worked for so long now?

At the end of the night the New York Jets will take their hard work into their last game of the season on Sunday night at 8:20 pm eastern time when they will play the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Colts who have already accomplished a slot into the playoffs will play their last regular season game on Sunday at 1:00 pm eastern time against the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo.
