The New York Rangers offense came together as they were able to beat the Boston Bruins 5-2 yesterday's game.
The blueshirts were given a great game out of top prospect Artem Anismiov.
A. Anismiov scored 2 points in the game as he put up a goal, and an assist in the game to give him 4 points in his last two games.
New York was pleased to have Sean Avery playing at the top of his game, as he put one past Bruins goaltender Tim Thomas.
The 29 year old S. Avery has been a fan favorite for the Rangers, as it seems they are almost impossible to beat with this man penciled in the lineup.
Sean has kept himself out of talks with the media keeping a low profile to get him back to playing hockey.
S. Avery is a man that a lot of people love to hate, but it doesn't matter because he will always play his game.
Backup to Henrik Lundqvist, Stephen Valiquette played a solid game stopping 12 out of 14 shots.
He was followed up with 3rd string Chad Johnson who stopped everything that came his way with 12 saves.
Rangers head coach John Tortorella has done all he can do to prepare this team, and has brought his winning attitude to the bench.
The New York Rangers next game will be Vs the Detroit Red Wings Monday for a 7 o clock game as the Rangers will look to develop into an elite team.
